THIS BOOK WAS AWESOME！ I saw the cover and I already knew it was going to be good。 Then I read the description， too much！ It was awesome。 Then I read the book。 Awesome。 Totally awesome。 I was blown away by the story and it was so good。 The intensity kept on building and building until the end and I was so shocked by everything in the story。 THIS IS NOT A NORMAL BOOK， PEOPLE！ This book seriously has magic and everything in between a great story and a great writer。 You should read this book！

I loved this book from start to finish。 It had everything in it that I look for in a great fantasy。 Read。 Chris Colfer has a gift of making his books laugh out loud funny， even during pretty serious situations。 I am not sure what took me so long to read this， especially considering how much I loved The Land Of Stories books， but I will definitely be reading the next one soon。

We listened to this in the car with the kids。 Great road trip book with lots of magic and message。 The characters were fun and so was the imagery。 The delivery by Chris Colfer was awesome。 We spent a lot of time laughing。 I have a soft spot for Chris Colfer and his books， the Land of Stories series was what tipped Rylan from a reader to a serious book worm。 📚🪱This book was a great follow up。 We look forward to the next in the series。

really amazing novel。 Chris Colfer has been one of my favorite authors for a long time， i started reading the land of stories back in 2014。 i loved this prequel and look forward to reading the second one！ i don’t know if it was just me but i saw a lot of metaphors for people who felt like they didn’t belong im the world or just felt like outcasts。 that really resonated with me and i loved this book so much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
